We access the best (but not necessarily the most expensive) apartments from all the top agents and private sources in each city we operate in. Our goal is to give you the best option available.

While conventional real estate agents might provide you with whatever options they have currently on their list, we prefer to act for you and to match your requirements exactly by tapping into multiple sources of serviced apartment providers across each location.

We can organise stays from one month to one year. Should you require something longer, we can also accommodate your request by assisting you to negotiate long term tenancy.

Our serviced apartments come with the options of maid/cleaning service and Manage China Grocery Buying service. This Grocery Buying Service (currently only available in Shanghai and Hangzhou) provides you with an avenue to purchase most domestic products, a range of western foods and beverages , basic household items and additional furnishings for the appartment.
